Hotelul Traube este situat în centrul istoric al oraşului Mediaş, aproape de Turnul cu Ceas al bisericii Sf. Margareta. Subsolul clădirii găzduieşte un restaurant în stil rustic cu grinzi de lemn care serveşte preparate din bucătăria românească şi internaţională.
